Our Policy at 199BONGO
199BONGO is here to answer all of your questions... most of the time. There will be some occasions where we will just not be allowed to give an answer. This happens if someone sends us a question which breaches confidentiality, privacy, or other similar rules which BONGO must follow.
Because 199BONGO can be used by anyone of any age in the whole of Australia, guidelines have been put in place to ensure that BONGO doesn't cause offence, upset or harm to any customer.
Obviously, BONGO will not give answers to any question that contain material of a violent, sadistic or cruel nature; be repulsive, horrible, or involve the use of foul language.
BONGO will not research or provide answers that may offend a reasonable person, cause grave or widespread offence, invade privacy, encourage any person to engage in dangerous or illegal practices, encourage any person to use harmful substances, are of a sexually explicit nature, or generally lead to any activity or feeling which may be regarded as detrimental to society. 199BONGO also reserves the right to change the price of the service at any point in time. However, 199BONGO will endeavour to educate its customers about the price change via this website.
Here at BONGO we understand the thrill of killing question marks every time they pop up in your head. However, please take note that BONGO costs a total of $3.50 every time you send us a text. If you want to use the service frequently then by all means go ahead, but do keep in mind that regular costs can add up very quickly. We do not recommend using the service more than 20 times per month, especially if you do not pay your own phone bill.
